Which Mac Apps Have Localization Files

What do the 0 byte files named '.localized' do? I've found this explanation online:
'In Mac OS X folders name is always the same, regardless of the localization, but the Finder has the ability to show some names in a localized form.
The '.localized' are 0 bytes file stored in several folders, this placeholder tells the Finder that the folder is a 'localizable' folder.'

which doesn't really help me! Are they simple bookmarks which tell Finder that the files are stores locally, and can therefore be displayed and handled differently from remote files?

As you'll see in doing this, packages contain multiple files and folders, but in this case your interest should turn to the Resources folder, which contains subfolders ending with “lproj”.

If you have good knowledge of MAC then you can do it manually as well but that is going take a lot of time. Also, there are some MAC junk cleaners that you can use but if you need a dedicated tool for that, you can go with Monolingual.
